Add roofing over breezeway by blending in with original roofing material. Great job ... looking from street you can't see where the new roofing starts or where original roofing ends. Price was good and service was excellent. Bob was at my doorstep when there was a question on the guttering. Finished timely with small delays due to early inclement weather.

I needed a storage shed built. I saw a really cute one on FaceBook and only had a picture to show Mr Kenney. He took it from there, drawing up his own plans and everything and coming up with a price that was far less than anything comparable that I had seen for sale at DIY stores. It turned out beautifully and is completely airtight with four windows for natural light. It can easily be converted to something else later. Prior to that I had retained Bob to replaced my garbage disposal on an emergency basis, when water started running out from under my kitchen sink. He also changed my furnace filters that day at no extra charge. I first became aware of Bob's services a few years ago when he was doing some work at my employer, which is a local Skilled Nursing Facility. He wired in and installed 20 wall hanging flat screen TVs in resident rooms, moved wall heaters in all 50 resident rooms and also replaced all of the old 1960s outdated windows throughout the entire building (over 100 windows total and some were huge). Some of my co-workers retained or referred him for services as well during that time. I have found Bob's prices to be reasonable and fair. He gave me free estimates and wrote up a bid for my approval prior to start. Nothing hidden, ever. He's willing to work out payment options and is also set up to take credit card payments. Bob's level of service is phenomenal. There seems to be no job too big or too small for Bob or nothing that he cannot do! Later this year, I am discussing an addition to my home with him. Bob is polite, a non-smoker and makes sure everything is cleaned up when he leaves a job site. I am 100% satisfied with his work.

One unexpected, and unfortunate, bonus was Bob's ability to deal with an unhappy neighbor while I was away. The issues were not Bob's problem, but he dealt with the neighbor and resolved them with professionalism.

Both parties have a complete understanding of the work to be completed. When the job will start and about how long it will take. Both parties know the price and how it is to be paid. After that it's a matter of showing up everyday and being predictable and doing your job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Haha. I have been doing this along time. I have a lot of experience in working with homeowners and making them happy. Its a lot of responsibility to be a reliable contractor.
