- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
While each customer is unique, we try to provide the same quality service to each one that we encounter. Our new customers can expect an accurate, in-person bid as quickly as both of our schedules allow. This bid may include any promotional pricing that we're currently running. Next, we'll schedule a time for us to come out and complete the job and will then offer to schedule a follow-up appointment for future services. We also often invite our customers to share reviews/promotional pieces via Thumbtack, NextDoor, Google, FaceBook, etc. We take pride in our customer retention and strive to create relationships that we can carry on for years to come.
