- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitive with the market pricing and are aware not to add unnecessary change orders that will drive up the end cost of a project. We try to be as detailed as possible and foresee the final costs and provide a realistic final cost to our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we build is trust! Trust that we know what we are doing and how to do their project. Trust with our sub-contractors that we work with that they will do the best job possible and show their professional workmanship at all times.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 25 years of experience working with remodeling, renovation and building custom homes. 5 years of experience working with tract homes and learned how to expedite time and organize trades to be as efficient as possible. We have experience working with mold issues, remediation, flood and fire damage, termite damage, etc. We feel we can come into any situation and take care of an issue and build what our customers need.
