- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each jobs are priced per project. Every job are not the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet all customers. I like to go out to the customers home and see what exactly needs to be done on each job so there are no surprises for the customer. I think a important key is to have great communication with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been thru many training classes from product knowledge to installation classes.
