Introduction: WK Pilates focuses on the individual person. Physical assessments are conducted to develop a specific plan for each client. Then as the client understands how the key concepts and methods to increase strength, exercises are tailored to him or her to reach client's goals. The great part, is that once a goal is achieved, we can move onto the next goal! I have seen significant improvements from my clients who have Parkinson's disease, suffered a stroke, breast cancer, Autism drastically improve tone, body awareness, and increased overall body strength. It is rewarding to witness such significant results in a matter of a few months.

The quality of expertise in the field of Pilates, as in the school of Joseph Pilates, at WK Pilates is unsurpassed. This team of Pilates coaches are all world class, top-ranked and exhibit the highest degrees of professionalism and commitment to their clients' long term well being. They will fix posture, weight, flexibility and strength issues. I almost an inch taller from just working my core and fixing my posture than I was a year ago. I can get up and down off the floor with ease now, and am now working towards being able to do full splits again. I cannot think of anything lacking, nor anything I would change, about them in their ability to train and fix my issues. The atmosphere at the studio is focused and full of positive energy.

I began in a group pilates class for residents at Friendship Village in Tempe. I appreciate my individual sessions with Sonia. She assesses my ability and works with this to improve my muscular strength. I am standing straighter, my balance has improved, and as my muscles strengthen my clothes fit smoother. I do other exercise and find I do that more mindfully when I apply the principles of pilates. Pilates is the most effective routine I have ever done.

WK Pilates has been a wonderful experience. I've worked privately with Erin and she has taught me so much. I'm better able to do my cardio exercise pain free which was my goal! Thumbs up all the way! Thank you Sonia for all you do to make your studio a place we can improve our health and move in a positive direction in our lives.

    A client has to fill out a health screening form and have a physical assessment done. The instructor can evaluate a client's needs once the physical assessment is complete.
