We purchased an older two story home (4600 sq ft). a few months ago with plans to remodel it. It needed to be updated from ceiling to floor we knew it was going to be a huge project. We had been recommended to call Vince from Lighthouse Premiere Contracting and get a bid. We did get 3 bids from different companies. We interviewed Vince and shared what we were wanting to do & with our budget in mind. Vince knew we needed to get started asap. Vince had a complete bid for us in just a couple of days. We felt that he had caught our "vision" of what we wanted to do. We did structural changes, added windows & doors, opened up doorways, removed doorways, remodel one of the bathroom shower & every inch of the house was repainted including many cabinets, removed many other cabinets & hung them in the garage, crown moulding & all new base boards, 3 different types of flooring (wood, travertine & carpet), which involved removal of stair rail & replacement. We made several changes during the process. He & his crews delivered with everything and more. He was there working with his crew and was always available to talk with us every step either in person or by phone. Half way through the project we had a business trip that took us out of the country for 9 days! We felt confident that we could put Vince in charge and he would see to it that everything stayed on schedule. Who does that? Right? Well, we weren't disappointed. Going with this company was the BEST decision we made. Yes we had a few hiccups but that was a couple of manufacture issues and actually Vince guided us through that. We can't say enough good things.
