Was promised to get my final bills paid for and never received the money. Had to contact the company multiple times, and finally gave up trying to get the last $60 after they told me I had 1 month left, but actually had 3 months left. Didn't cancel for me as that is not allowed, but promised me they would. Was told that we would then have install on a Saturday. They came to do the install, but cancelled because he didn't have the camera I asked them to install. Came back, and said if it wasn't so hot they'd run a wire through the attic so call back in fall. Went into the garage after they elft, and wires were hanging everywhere, nothing was tacked up. Call back and tell them job is incomplete and office will send somebody out. AlGet a call from installer stating that it's not a typical job they do he was just doing it to be nice, and said to call back again later to him directly. I didn't bother wasting my time. Overall I was lied to on multiple occasions and took 3 calls before any of them began to be rectified, and still aren't. I've given up and as soon as my contract is up I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Overall had shoddy work done, rescheduled because they were unprepared, and lied to in order to get my business. When I called the company the owner himself was unaware that Paul Briehl (the person who requested I leave this review) was offering money for cancellation.

As the owner of Eagle Alarm I take great pride in making all our 2400 customers happy, unfortunately Mr Thomas Durant is not happy. My company paid Mr Durant $159 to cover the last few months of monitoring with his old company Monitronics and I have proof he cashed the check. Unfortunately my company cannot call in to Monitronics to cancel Mr Durant's account as they only accept that type of request directly from their customer and Mr Durant didn't do that so Monitronics kept billing him. I believe Mr Durant is aiming his frustrations at the wrong company. The camera we provided was wireless so I'm confused by what he is retiring to with all of that.

Eagle Alarm completed a security system install that was not finished when we remodeled our 1920s home some time back. All of the entrances had been wired, but the control box was not installed at the time of the remodel due to budget overruns. Sorting out which window or door went to each of the wires going to the control box was quite a challenge for Eagle Alarm, but they finished it up in half a day. The service was professional and courteous as well as efficient. I highly recommend Eagle Alarm for your security needs!

At first everything went well, but trash was left all over by installer. Problems caused us to get Guardian to send out different repair specialist. To this day the app doesn't work unless we get a new activation code each time. The bill came much higher than promised. Eagle lowered the bill partially but still higher than promised. Just found this week some sensor wiring in attic, the wires are just twisted together with no tape or anything. Can't wait to go back to ADT.

As the owner of Eagle Alarm I work very hard and take great pride in making all of our 2400 customers happy. In this case we obviously came-up very short. This was a very complex job involving a partition that would allow the customer to consolidate two accounts into one bill saving them $ every month. ADT did not offer this option so Keith was paying two bills; one for their home and one for their detached shop. In the endhe is paying less than he had been and we lowered their bill even more when they called to asked us to do so. Also, this job was agreed upon by Eagle predicated on Keith claiming there was a clear conduit available from the house to the shop but the conduit had been clogged from years of being underground and was inaccessible, this created many complications. Eagle worked though the difficulties but the automation piece by Homeywell proved to be less than ideal for this type of dual access point system. Needless to say this was a very difficult learning experience for us and we regret the customer was unhappy in the end. Eagle regrets the mess the installer left behind.
