- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to give pricing after I evaluate the problem ,that way my clients know exactly what's the problem and what it will take to repair it. Also so I can give them the best price possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make sure I can assure them that everything is going to be fine. Alot of times we get overwhelmed by the problem and the frustration of not being able to fix it makes things worse. But we are true professionals. And take pride in making are customers feel at ease.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the industry for over 30 years . I know every aspect of a property from structure to roofing. Anything that's needs to get fixed ,will. I mean certified in various handyman courses . Rest a sure .
