- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we usually bill a Standard Price for the Tri-County Area of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County for unlimited attempts. Routine Service is attempted is attempted within 48 hours of receipt, Next Day Rush is billed double, and same day is billed triple the standard fee. Again Never any Hidden Fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients contact us with their needs, like type of service, their urgency, difficulty and other important details that will help with the process. Our fees are discussed up front with no hidden fees as to per attempts, etc The documents are sent to us via Mail, FedX, UPS or E-Mailed. Service is entered, scanned and distributed to our servers who begin to work on it. All Service attempts are documented electronically viewable to the client 24/7. Upon service upon approval from our staff the client is auto e-mailed the service information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ex Military Experience. Service of Process Experience since 1986 serving difficult serves before there were cell phones and internet. Information obtained the hard way by turning over stones the old fashioned way. Private Investigation in 1987.
