We customize our pricing based on your company's needs. We specialize in providing our customers with an outsourced accounting program, but offer remote and onsite hourly rate pricing options, as well as monthly fixed rates for specific services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are passionate about providing small businesses solutions to their growing needs. We believe in assisting our customers organize their day to day operation and in better understanding their financial information, so that in turn the small business owner can focus on what they do best - growing their business. A personal meeting at your office is a great way to learn more about your business and to show you the ways that Optistaff can assist you in your continued success.

Daniel Galindo is the owner of Optistaff. He is a graduate of Florida International University with over 10 years of Accounting and Managerial Experience. He is also a trained and certified Quickbooks Advisor Pro.
