We currently have a flat price depending of the job requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask questions to get as much information as possible. Troubleshoot the device. Advice the customer of the findings and explain the best course of repair and the cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended to a 1 year technical school and graduate with honors. A+ Comptia licence and have attended to a variety of network and computer related courses online and on campus.
