- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are straight forward, and explained to the details with what’s included in all of our packages in writing. However, we do run many discount campaigns during the year. Ask, if we have any special at the moment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are easy to reach, always happy to answer any question our customers may have. By making our process simple, clear, and in writing. Our customers can feel confident when choosing a package. Here’s a quick sample. Normally a new customer would inquire about our wedding photography or videography services. We would then send them the prices via email or text with detail information on what it includes. The customer chooses a package, books the date by making a payment. Esfera goes to the event, once back in the office, a rigorous first selection takes place and is uploaded to your private online gallery. Once you are done with your selection, the editing process begins. After that, if you have prints, it will be ready for you to pick up at our studio, or in many cases, we may drop it off for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working for the industry doing commercial work, fashion and product photography, with countless online certificates, but most importantly photographing my handsome boys, I believe it has prepared me to do what I love.
