Attorney Fees Standard Pricing is $350/hour for contested cases. Flat Fees are available for certain uncontested cases.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule an appointment for a free initial review of the client's matter for up to 30 minutes. We will discuss the plan and outcomes desired. Fees and costs of handling the case will be determined at the time of the initial consultation.
