- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We only work on "contingency". This means that we only make money if we obtain money for our clients. The standard % varies depending on the type of case. We will ALWAYS make the arrangement clear BEFORE any paperwork is signed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Totally depends on the clients preference. The most common scenarios are 1- Brent will come to your home or office to meet with you and discuss your case. 2 You will come to our office to discuss your case. 3- After a phone or video chat- our clients can sign the retainer agreement electronically.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am one of the few lawyers who also has substantial training in business, finances, and economics. I have a masters degree in business and finance. I know how to balance risk and reward in order to maximize the money I get for my clients.
