FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a short phone consultation to find out if I can help the individual. Then I set up a free in-person one hour initial consultation, where we discuss the client's legal rights and responsibilities, and how I can help the client. During the consultation I answer any questions or concerns the client has. During the initial in-person consultation the client decides if he or she wants to retain me. Our relationship will be formalized with an engagement letter, which spells out all the expectations on both sides.
