We love Jo! My husband and I have been working with her for for a little over two months, and we've both had very positive results. He's drinking more water and eating healthier, and I'm making daily exercise a high priority. As a result, we have both lost weight and feel great; more importantly, we are implementing lifelong changes to imptove our overall health. Jo (the owner) designs custom workouts for each individual's fitness needs, taking special care to avoid injuris and promote healing. She offers nutrition guidelines as well as accountability, and the best part of all is how gracious and encouraging she is. We are so thankful to have found Simply Natural!

Wow, Jo is an incredible coach! She's helped me with portion control, shown me how to eat right, and taught me how to live a healthy, active lifestyle. And her rates are very affordable!

Jo is a phenomenal trainer. I was amazed by her ability to design custom workouts where we were always successful, never discouraged, and consistly saw ourselves gaining strength and fitness. Over the course of 8 months I lost 30 pounds and saw my collesterol and blood pressure ratings dramatically improve. Combining quality food and quality exercise is simply miraculous. Jo does a great job coaching and training those areas.
