- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Before I start a service, you will know the exact price. If while performing the service, conditions arise that may cause the price to change, I will inform you before moving forward; there will never be a surprise.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My company’s policy is to first communicate with you via email or phone on what to expect from me, and provide an Estimate. If you decide to go forward, then I provide you with a fillable pdf questionnaire / tax organizer. I will also setup a Free Consultation (phone or office), where you can come with your completed questionnaire / tax organizer. This will allow me to gain a better understanding of your request and provide the best service and more accurate price. There is a secure online portal where every document can be uploaded and downloaded any time the client wants.

I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Florida for over 15 years.
