- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge 50 per session. I do like to work with people budget if they are serious about training and are committed to the process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask what your goals are first. Then I take your stats- height, weight, body fat (if you know it), current activity level and I customize a macro eating plan that's ideal for your specific goal and body type. This helps you lose fat and build lean muscle right for where you're at and where you want to go.
