Introduction: After completing Master's degree in Nutrition and working alongside an experienced medical doctor, practicing both conventional and functional medicine, I have developed a model of nutrition services as a dietary and lifestyle modification, focused on disease prevention and weight management and delivered as a personalized, unique to each patient solution. I believe that each person's individual differences and specificities are at the core of their eating plan to achieve and maintain wellness. If you've tried and failed different diets whether for weight loss or health, those diets most likely didn't work for your individual physiologic design. My goal is to decode your design and find the eating way that will suit you and your body best. When the right foods are eaten, the body and mind come together and thrive with energy to go about your everyday stresses and ward off disease. It's important to understand that a small change is still a change, slow moving is still moving - as long as my patients are willing to pursue their health and fitness goals - I am standing by their side.
