- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is quoted in advance either hourly or a fixed price, depending on client needs. Most clients prefer flat rate pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consultation includes client review, historical review and gathering of any prior years returns and / or tax notifications. Then compiling and reviewing the necessary documents. Preparing a draft review for the client. Approval and submission to the proper state and Federal agencies. Sometimes we need to speak to the IRS on your behalf. That is part of the service we provide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A U.S. licensed attorney and CPA holding both a Masters in Tax and MBA from a top 25 university. Over 20 years of tax law experience, assisting individuals, professionals and both private and publicly traded companies in the United States and throughout the world. Experience includes over 10 years in Big-4 accounting firms as well as 10 years tax legal practice.
