- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
seller pays 6% of the sales price. Buyer doesn’t pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with customer to see what he or she wants, wether it is to buy or sell there are several questions to ask in order to determine what is best for your client. Same goes for rentals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I finished law school and worked as an attorney for 10 years, have a masters in business administration and have real estate sales license and notary license.
