- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
LRP has worked very hard to price our services in a competitive market that reflect the quality of skills and services we consistently provide. That said, there is always flexibility on prices based on the type of job and the needs/requests of our customers. Above all, we want our customers to always feel that they are getting value for the services we are providing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most introductions to a new customer start over the phone. We typically discuss what the client is looking for in photography, go over any special requests or specific needs, when and how they need the deliverable by and finally the price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been providing professional photography services for almost a decade. From portraits to weddings, we love photography and in providing excellent results for my clients.
