- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We accept payment by check or cash. Payment is due at the time service is rendered. If a check is returned insufficient funds a $35 fee will apply in addition to the amount of the check. Payment in the future will need to be made in cash.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each home is unique and client preferences differ. We create a personalized cleaning plan for you. We schedule an initial visit to walk through your space, discuss what areas you want clean and those you do not. We then outline a plan that fits your needs and budget.
