Elba helped me make the transition into thinking more deeply about my health and wellness and she challenged me to develop new ways of thinking about my own health and to realize how all areas of my life are connected. Elba was great in helping me change my eating habits step by step towards a much healthier way of eating. I did a supermarket tour with her where I learned how to prioritize organic foods, read food labels and really understand the impact of my daily choices in my health (and my family’s). What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always offer a free 30 mins consultation so my customers can get to know me (either in person or via skype) and find out about my holistic approach.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always ask new customers to fill in a Health History form. This is a short document (about 2-3 pages) where I ask about current lifestyle, habits, medical conditions and overall goals. In our first session we review this form together to start identifying and defining the overall health and wellness goals we want to work towards.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- Certified Holistic Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (NY). - Certified in Plant Based Nutrition by eCornell University (Ithaca, NY) - Currently finishing a Masters Degree in Naturopathic Sciences (Funiber) - Reiki practitioner
