Was asked to meet their installer at 7:00 pm. Was contacted by text that the installer is running late. Nobody showed up. I got a message in Thumbtack that they lost my number and the installer came and left which is impossible since I was waiting inside with all the lights on. Additionally how can they lose my number since I texted them and called them several times after they initially texted me to tell me they are running late.
I was treated unprofessionally and gave up my evening with my family for nothing. Would not recommend.
