- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our flat-rate system uses an average of how long it takes a novice technician and highly skilled technician to diagnose and fix the same problem, along with the part price and any local or state taxes. There is a travel and diagnostic fee of $89.50. After the technician completes the diagnosis, we will provide you with an estimate before completing any repair. Our Customer Assurance Plan members will receive $50.00 off of our standard travel and diagnostic fee and a 10% discount of the total repair up to $250.00

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
J.E. Johnson understands that just as important as the service or installation, is the company support provided after completion. We have a highly trained staff of service technicians, strategically located throughout the Lower Peninsula connected with GPS tracking to provide you with complete coverage day or night. We also believe an injury free work place provides a firm foundation for the highest level of quality and productivity. We are therefore committed to the avoidance of incidents and unplanned safety events that result in injury to employees, interruption of productivity and/or damage to equipment or property.
