- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our payments are processed online via credit card or E-check. Our E-check is an ACH bank-to-bank transfer and is our most affordable payment method at $1.99 per transaction. While we must charge an extra fee for visas, MasterCard, and American Express. So naturally, we offer a 4% discount when choosing to pay with E-check.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On an initial point of contact, we like to have a general idea of the work to be completed. Things like colors, damages, repairs, HOAs and when you are planning on having the work done. At that point, we can take our next step together and tailor a proposal for your exact needs. We itemize every detail down to the last piece of trim so you can choose what's most important to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our training and education stem from the jobs themselves. We all started dusting and doing the prep work on homes before working our way up to the spray man. The more jobs under your belt, the more confidence and greater opportunity to hone in on the craft of painting. We now collectively have over 100 paint jobs completed and our skill and momentum continue to flourish.
