- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have no set pricing. Each of our clients is different with different needs. We price based on what the customer wants. There are so many different variables that go into our pricing system. From what needs to be done to the frequency of service to specialty cleaning that may be billed separately. For a cleaning company to offer a set price across the board is hard and usually when they do it either includes things that are not needed or it leaves out things that the customer needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we work with new customers. We go straight to them! We like to meet our customers face to face and build a partnership with them from the beginning. We want them to feel free to ask questions and for them to know what we are about. We offer a free initial estimate and we walk the facility with the client. We want to make sure that we cover all bases and we get to know what the customer is looking for. Usually, this process makes the prices much more affordable for the customer so they are not paying for services that they do not need or even want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 30 years of combined professional experience. TMD Commercial Cleaning has seen many things over the years. Most of their experience has been hands on learning and teaching others how to clean and sanitize buildings.
