They were so easy to work with and very friendly. They helped me understand what they were doing and helped me make good choices.Dec 15, 2018VerifiedUtah Flooring & Design's reply
Thank you for the review, Jaycie! It was our pleasure to have helped you make the right choices for your home. We appreciate your business with us!
Utah Flooring and Design has resulted in a poor experience comprised of a lack of project management and quality of work. The inability to organize a response to a request to correct a faulty tilling installation has been time consuming and frustrating. The guarantee of work touted by the cost appraisers is followed by an unprofessional and inept manner to correct any issues with the quality of work. The quality of work (attached pictures showing the through hole for the shower head cut too large for the escutcheon plate to cover it) is questionable and not acceptable by any standard.May 7, 2018VerifiedUtah Flooring & Design's reply
We do warranty all the work that we do so if you’re not happy with the work our installer did we would be happy to have them come back and fix it. If you would like to address this further and get on our schedule for an installer to come back out please contact Heber our project manager at 801-895-2115 and we will do what he can to ensure we fix this problem.

Paul and Utah Flooring helped me with my whole home remodel. Of all my contractors their company did the largest chunk of work for my remodel. They installed new carpet in my bedrooms and living rooms, vinyl planking in my kitchen and bathrooms, granite counter tops in my kitchen, new tile surround for my tub, and baseboards through out the whole house. I am glad I used them for such a large amount of the remodel, their all in one service helped keep down the stress. On the days I had Utah Flooring out the work was as expected, and the contractor was easy to work with. When I had specific details I wanted the contractors to attend to, they listened and did what I wanted. They worked well with me when I needed to reschedule. If they needed to reschedule they communicated well. Job after job they produced exactly what they bid to do, with good skill. There was one ordering miscommunication between us, and they worked to resolve it well. My favorite parts of their work was baseboards and the bathroom tile. The baseboards were beautifully installed with skill and attention to details. The bathtub tile installer worked with me to find an attractive way to finish in the tub that was a bit short for the space. I am very happy with the work Paul and his company did, their products, installation, customer service and communication were all reliable and high quality.Nov 28, 2018VerifiedUtah Flooring & Design's reply
Thank you for this wonderful review, Jeanine! We are grateful for the trust you gave us, and at the same time pleased to know that you loved everything we did. You have been amazing to work with and we definitely look forward to doing more projects for you in the future!
Very responsive on the bid, very quick to get the deposit, missed the start date by one day, missed the forecasted completion date by two or three days, everyday I received an email asking to sign them off, I would respond not complete and I would get another email from them to sign them off. They expect us to manage their employees and not the office, I called the salesman because of an issue the tile setter had on the bid and what he had to do, they never called back, so the setter did it anyway. The tile setter was very good and kind. But the rest was very annoying, no call backs, no follow up with their own team to see if they were done. And an abundance of sign off sheets asking for final payment when they were not done. Just very different method of business then I'm use to.Sep 3, 2018VerifiedUtah Flooring & Design's reply
Hi Jeremy! First of all thank you for giving us your feedback and your feedback is important to us to know how we can improve this. Our system is very automated, it shows that the installer is signed and turned his paperwork. So that's why it did go through the billing. Before we talk regarding on the bill, we ask first if the is the really completed. And if not, we will change the project status to active project and will tag the project manager with details to let them know that the project is not yet done. If you have any concern or questions about your job, you may call us at 801-895-2115 and we're happy to assist you. Thanks
