I had just retired from a very stressful job, and I hadn't had the time or energy to fully prepare for the new situation. Soo helped me to perform a review - we identified strengths and things to work on, talked about those things, and made a plan to move forward. Good things in my life followed, and I believe that my work with Soo had a direct influence on getting things moving in the right direction.

Soo was an amazing life coach. She guided me through several 'hang ups' I had including personal motivation and self-esteem issues. Soo's approach was kind, understanding, nurturing, nonjudgmental, and she celebrated victories with me. After every session with Soo I felt stronger and ready to face the challenges in my life.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The pictures on my gallery show a project that I have been working on with a wonderful lady. Due to her illness and her husband's illness organization has fallen by the wayside. We worked on her very large basement so she could easily locate things and we made space so similar items could be stored together. Over many years she has been buying extra items as she had been unable to locate items she knew she had in her home. We organized her bedroom, bathroom and have done half of her basement. Unfortunately this lady has recently passed away, however the progress she made on her organizing project was phenomenal. She started smiling more as she felt less overwhelmed and burdened, This will be the job that will also be closet to my heart.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What experience does the Professional have? What do I want to achieve? Am I fixed to a time limit for this project? Do I have a budget and what is it? What is my goal? What is the vision I have for the space I wish to organize? Am I ready to move forward? What is different about today than yesterday?
