- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To an extent pricing is standard. After that it depends upon the complexity involved and measured in the time put in.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Know the customer, their business, work request in detail, give the estimated fees and once agreed and paid 50% advance, give the deadline to finish and complete the work until client is satisfied.
