Introduction: WDYNAGF Fitness promotes establishing a healthy lifestyle by teaching, learning, and applying the proper body positioning to maximize a person's power, speed, agility, balance and flexibility by using resistance bands, weights and body weight. I love teaching the basic fitness skills and watching individuals gain confidence and be able to apply their knowledge to not just fitness but to all aspects of their life. Improving an individual's quality of life is a huge motivator for me to love what I do.

I've been working out with Sam for almost 3 years now. I would say that if I had started this with anyone but him and "What Do You Need A Gym For?" I'd be a 400 pound blob right now. His scheduling is flexible, his prices are reasonable, and his location is probably one of the best locations for his type of training methods. I've done everything from band work, to weights, to boxing and yoga and he's been an effective trainer the whole way. He's also well versed in Peru much every sport so if you want to work out for a specific purpose, he can design a plan to get you where you want to. If you're looking to have fun while becoming a much healthier person, Sam is the guy to go to.

Sam Keller does an outstanding job training all of his clients. I work with him everyday. The improvement I see out of every one of his clients is fantastic. Whether it be a younger kid or an adult, Sam is able to relate and create that personal, yet professional, bond that everyone wants with their trainer. Most importantly, Sam knows how to work with you, push you, and motivate you to get the results that YOU want to achieve. There is nobody better!
