Introduction: WDYNAGF Fitness promotes establishing a healthy lifestyle by teaching, learning, and applying the proper body positioning to maximize a person's power, speed, agility, balance and flexibility by using resistance bands, weights and body weight.
I love teaching the basic fitness skills and watching individuals gain confidence and be able to apply their knowledge to not just fitness but to all aspects of their life. Improving an individual's quality of life is a huge motivator for me to love what I do.
