- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't get paid unless there is a recovery for the client. Almost every personal injury attorney works on this type of contingency fee. Our fee percentage depends on the complexity of the case. Our firm pays all of the costs to prepare the case. This means that we will pay for the police report, medical records and filing fees. If we win money for the client then we will get these costs back in addition to our fees. If there is no recovery then nothing is owed to the law firm.

Read reviews online. You probably got here from an internet search. Continue searching and compare each attorney. Then go and meet with a few attorneys face to face. You will be surprised at the difference between a law firm's online appearance and their in person appearance.
