Introduction: I help drive lead generation for small-midsize businesses through effective branding, print and digital design, with a focus on WordPress websites and email marketing. Being also a fine artist, I love the creative aspect of my work. During my term as a Board member on a school Foundation board (WSFEE/Western Springs Foundation for Educational Excellence), I had the opportunity to engage and work with Andiamo Creative on new branding and a new website. Being a non-profit group, we appreciated the reasonable pricing structure and plan presented to us, and were absolutely thrilled with the caliber of the work we received. Of the new logos presented, all were phenomenal, and the Board selected one of them without any modifications. The same creativity and professionalism was applied to the website design, and the end result gave our Foundation a new, highly elevated appearance in print and online. In addition to Andiamo’s creativity, the production of the site was fast, seamless and cost-effective. The firm’s principal, Rochelle, worked directly with us to ensure all of our needs were met within the new site. She personally trained us on how to make simple updates and changes to the site ourselves. For higher level changes, she and her team were always available to create whatever we needed, quickly and within our budget. Prior to one of our biggest fundraisers, we realized that the ticket purchase form our auction company had created for us, could not handle the level of data we needed to collect. Rochelle saved the day, quickly creating a form directly on our website that could handle all of the customized data we wanted to gather. She then showed us how to easily download that data into Excel spreadsheets. We could not have been more thrilled with the service, depth of knowledge and creativity we were provided with from Andiamo. I highly recommend this firm!

The Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce hired Andiamo Creative for a new brand redesign (including logo, digital and print materials and a new website.) We are thrilled with the results and have received so many compliments on our new brand and materials. Rochelle and her team were amazing to work with and exceeded our expectations. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes - I charge $50/hr for design services, and $75/hr for custom programming for websites and email campaigns.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically connect with my clients by phone - or in person if within reasonable driving distance - to hold a get-to-know-you chat. After we talk for a bit we discuss the project and get down to specifics. I often employ a creative brief which will lead us through questions that will help me understand your needs for the project and goals for your company. Then I provide an estimate of the hours I estimate will be needed to complete the project. We then go into design mode, where I disappear for a week or two and develop designs for approval. Depending on the project this may have multiple phases (website project), or only one (logo design). Edit rounds are incorporated into my estimate and I work until the client is happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors of art degree from UW-Milwaukee, 20 years of on the job work, and 18 years experience running my own small design studio.
