- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will work within your budget! When possible, I add in flowers and foliage from my own cutting garden to reduce cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will set up an initial meeting for me to find out about your vision for your event. We'll discuss what types of arrangements you'll need as well as colors and flower types. You can tell me a budget number you'd like to stay within. After our meeting, I'll crunch the numbers and give you a price quote. We can rework things if needed. Then we'll stay in touch as needed until about a month before your event, when we'll finalize the details either on person, by phone, or email. Finally, I deliver your flowers to you on the day of the event! I will stay to help with any setup as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken a floral design class from the Milwaukee School of Flower Design, a class from a local florist (who was Oprah's personal florist!), and several online classes on floral design.
