- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, regardless of the caliber of your home or business our proposal will be consistent. Its based off of a formula that accounts for both materials and the amount of time the project will take. More expensive materials and a more detailed scope of work will reflect the price accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get the ball rolling with a free in person estimate to get eyes on the project and have the opportunity to connect with the potential client. Once we have gone over the details of the scope of work we will get an itemized proposal put together so you can see where your money is going. After accepting, you are put on the schedule and will receive a confirmation phone call on a date before the project is launched. Our number one priority is customer satisfaction and our reviews reflect that!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've taken an apprenticeship 15 years ago and since than I've become more knowledgeable, professional, reliable and a productive skilled painter.
