- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The greater the commitment, the lower the price. Long term, paid in full customers get the best pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by doing a physical assessment, during which I test the 5 points of fitness (cardio, muscular endurance, flexibility, proprioception, and core strength), I then discuss goals, realistic time frame for those goals and establish the commitment level of the potential client. Not everyone is ready to change how they live to achieve their fitness goals, so establishing what it will take is very important.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended UW-Milwaukee and studied Kinesiology there.
