FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give quotes over the phone. Some things are standard some are a case by case basis. Normal things like a virus removal if dropped off ranges around 60 dollars. When doing a virus I do a lot of things some of the bigger places do not do. That 60 gets you all your data backed up, the hard drive wiped and your programs reinstalled, I also update windows all the way so it is completely up to date. Most places charge extra for that or they don't fully wipe the drive. When you get your computer back from me it will run the same as the first day you had it. Any computer I touch also always has a battery of diagnostics ran on it to check the integrity of the Ram, Hard Drive, Motherboard, and CPU. There is never extra charge for that. My prices are very fair and I always make sure the work is completely done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In most cases I asses what they need over the phone. Being in the PC Repair business you get a lot of the same or similar issues so it is very easy to get an accurate quote over the phone in most cases. Then either they drop off the computer or if it is an on site job I will schedule a time to do the work. My number 1 priority is that both new and existing customers are happy with both the work and my prices.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been repairing computers since the early 2000's I went to Dunwoody Technical College and acquired my AAS degree in Computer Networking. I then worked as a network technician before going out on my own. I am capable of taking care of any issues.
