- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am willing to discuss your needs for pricing, depending on the financial needs of the organization.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit down with my clients in a relaxed setting to discuss the client's needs and determine what work needs to be done and how I can help you accomplish those goals. From there, we keep in touch via email, text, video conferencing, or other in-person meetings, with a periodic status update until the project is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Minnesota. Additionally, I have worked 10+ years with nonprofits in different capacities, including five years providing tax compliance services to clients large and small in public accounting and five years as a Controller at nonprofits large and small.
