FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My clients are billed by the hour and I require a retainer before any work is performed on their behalf. All cases are truly unique so, unfortunately, I cannot estimate the cost of your case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask my clients to complete an intake form prior to meeting with me. At our first meeting (generally during the a free initial consultation), I learn more about the specifics of their case and their goals and expectations. It is only after meeting or speaking to a client, can I understand how I can best represent their interests in their divorce or family law matter.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked exclusively in the area of family law since 2010. I have clerked or represented clients in almost every type of case - divorce, paternity, legal separation, putative spouse, void marriage, child support, spousal maintenance, and complex property division. The vast majority of professional training I have received since 2010 has been specific to family law.
