Mark was excellent. He absolutely knows what he's doing as a portrait/headshot photographer. His studio, setup, and equipment are top notch. For me, the goal of this was to have headsets for the next 5-10 years that I can use in professional environments and on linkedIn. I think having good photos for presentations is one of the subtle details that are important. Mark was able to finalize some excellent photos that I am 100% satisfied with. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Generally I start communication through Thumbtack, email or a phone call. After we work out some details such as booking dates, times, etc. I will send an email with information about my studio, location, wardrobe, makeup and hair. I also like to learn a bit about you and your needs for the images as this helps me make the session more productive and comfortable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have my degree in broadcasting and communications. I have worked for television, radio, technology and digital media companies since 1995. I have been in front of the camera in independent films, news productions, shorts and I have some stage experience including theater, improv comedy and stand-up. I am always working to improve my photography and I work with the best headshot and portrait communities in the world to better my work for you.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I finished my degree and was recruited right out of college for a position in the Marshall Islands working for a TV and Radio network. Since those day I have worked in both the corporate and creative world, headshots seemed a natural fit.
