- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes (and no). We provide two services, SEO and Email campaigns. We have varying levels of pre-defined packages for each of these services, but you can choose the level of implementation that you would like for each service independently. In other words, we have three pre-defined packages for SEO services. You can choose level 1, 2 or 3. Then, you will choose between three pre-defined levels for Email services. Again, you will choose level 1, 2 or 3. Together, these two packages will make up your overall service level that we will deliver.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Eagle Eye Partner Group process and systems are everything. We have a system for every part of our business so that we can produce consistent results for each and every client. Our full system consists of the following parts: Understand - Plan - Execute - Optimize Our first system involves meeting with you, our potential client, so that we can understand your business operations and business goals. This will inform the steps that we will recommend moving forward. We exclusively deal in Search Engine Optimization and automated, customized Email campaigns, but there are actually a wide variety of customizations possible within those two process and they can vary widely. Understanding your business and goals will allow us to provide you with the best recommendation to meet those goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For the past 12 years I have been intimately involved in Digital Marketing in various capacities. From crafting videos to encourage fundraising efforts for non-profits, to working directly with clients to meet overall business goals, I have done a lot. And learned a lot. Through all my experiences, one thing became very clear. SEO and Email continually provided the best all around value to our clients. These two tools have been around since the beginning of the internet revolution, but instead of becoming obsolete, they have each become more valuable to growing small businesses. SEO and Email campaigns are not "sexy" options, but they produce results. They are the old work mule that, while not new and young, produce results day-in and day-out and don't require very much fuel (money) to keep going. We exclusively deal in SEO and Email for two reasons. One, these two tools provide a complete 360 degree solution to client acquisition and client retention. SEO is a long term solution that will provide a steady stream of new customers, while Email will allow you to nurture current customers and employing an email campaign can produce noticeable results almost immediately. Two, we know that if business owners just concentrate on a few marketing channels and don't get distracted by the dozens of different things that are out there, they will have a much greater chance of success. The most important aspect to success with your marketing efforts is to truly invest in the method(s) that you choose to pursue. Please, if you do not think that our services are right for you, just commit to whatever marketing channels you decide to pursue. Building an effective marketing solution for your business is like anything else of value in life, you need to invest in it and not give up. If you don't take away anything else from this, please remember that just dipping your toe will not produce results. It will just make you frustrated and feel like you wasted money. If you dive in and decide that you will stay in the water until you know how to swim, you will produce results that unthinkable.
