Introduction: Hey there! I’m a Twin Cities photographer with a passion for pugs, capturing stories, (and cupcakes of course)! Most days you can find me curled up on the couch plotting my next big adventure or listening to my favorite podcasts on iTunes. I like my photography to embrace authenticity and timelessness and for that reason I don’t just love to capture people – instead, I love to capture stories. I want you to be able to look back at your photos 50 years from now and still be able to feel the emotions you felt on the day those images were captured. Still here? I believe memories are made in the small moments: the way your honey looks at you when you laugh, the look on your little one's face when he tells his favorite knock knock joke, the sweet smile of your high school senior who grew up too fast. We wanted a simple family shot as a birthday present for our mom, and Celisia was great! She suggested ideas for what to wear based on what we were thinking, gave some great locations in Minneapolis for us to choose from since we wanted something in that area, and was easy and comfortable to work with during the photos. My sister and I are both out of college now, and she had poses and ideas for an adult family of four that were casual and looked great. The pictures turned out wonderfully!
