- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is extremely competitive with larger DJ businesses, requests for discounts are welcome!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first love to hear about your plans and preferences. If you don't have a complete plan, that is alright! We will work with you every day up until your event to make sure things work out the way you desire.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All DJS employees have at least 7 years of experience in the field. Dan, our event director has worked with Mystic Lake Casino on many occasions for their events. And Kim our office coordinator has 20 years of customer service experience to make sure that all communication is in key with your plans and our DJ's.
