Our water heater broke right before my husband Birthday party (it was leaking all over our garage!) so I quickly checked on Yelp for someone local with great reviews. Luckily, I was led right to Water Heater Online. I called and Plamen answered immediately and said he was finishing up a job and could be at my house within the hour. True to his word, Plamen showed up and saved our Birthday party! He removed our old broken water heater and installed a new one within a short couple of hours. Plamen was extremely friendly, empathetic, professional, responsive, clean and efficient. His customer service was excellent and the cost for his services was very fair. Water Heater Online is professional and their service rates are reasonable.
We had a toilet with the fill tank valve malfunctioning.
I emailed Water Heater Online and received a prompt reply from Plamen. Included was a written estimate in PDF file format.
When he came to our home, Plamen was courteous. He did not park his truck in our driveway in order to avoid blocking our car parked in the garage. When in our home I asked if would be willing to take off his shoes since our carpet had just been cleaned. He gladly did this.
The work was done quickly and the area was as clean as before he arrived. Plamen took the old fill tank valve with him. After paying him, he offered to email me an invoice.
I like that Plamen was willing to repair the toilet instead of suggesting replacing it which would have been a lot more expensive.
I would not hesitate to use Water Heater Online again or refer them to to someone else. They perform just about any plumbing related service
