- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we have multiple steps: 1.) We set up a date and time to meet our new customer at their business location. 2.) We ask the customer to give us a walk through of the facility that we will be cleaning. Here we ask if there are any special things that they would like us to do such as recycling pick up or and any other unique duties they would like us to do. 3.) After the walk through we will give our clients a quote on the spot and a date and time that best works with our client to start working. 4.) After everything has been finalized we will start cleaning for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The reason I started my own commercial cleaning service in Missoula is because growing up my father owned a commercial cleaning service in Helena Mt. I would help my father when he needed me to all through out growing up. I have been in the industry for a long time.

The reason I started my own commercial cleaning service in Missoula is because growing up my father owned a commercial cleaning service in Helena Mt. I would help my father when he needed me to all through out growing up. I have been in the industry for a long time. I have always wanted to be my own boss. So when I moved to Missoula in the summer of 2014, I decided to start my own commercial cleaning service.
