- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon contact we introduce ourselves and our services. We then listen and try to understand the services required of us.We sometimes give an estimate of such services followed by a scheduled visit to the client or to our office.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Federally Authorized Practitioner / IRS Enrolled Agent. I current contract with a CPA Firm where i currently handle some client's accounts. I prepare Individual, small business and sales tax in all 50 states. I also present clients during IRS examinations, appeals, audit, collections and refunds.
