- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although pricing is dictated by each customer's individual needs, rates typically start at $40 an hour, plus the cost of necessary organizing items (cleaning supplies, boxes, shelves, etc).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we first receive a query, we ask that our potential customers fill out a quick survey describing their needs. After we've received the initial questionnaire, we schedule a follow up interview and consultation. All home consultations within Mobile, Semmes, Daphne and Saraland city limits are free of charge. There is a one time $20 fee for consultations outside of the listed areas.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees are either third years college students, or college graduates with experience ranging from professional organization/cleaning to military service. Each of our employees come highly qualified to deliver exceptional service to fit our clients' needs.
