FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have standard packages. One of the things that makes a photo experience with me so different is that I book my photo sessions with a flat rate unlike most other photographers that charge by the hour. The reason for this is that I want for my clients to focus more on the artistic side of photography and not feel the undue pressure of being timed to get the right pictures! I set up consultations to determine my clients needs and from their build a package that is unique and tailored to their experience. I strive to provide low pricing, with high quality photos and an incomparable customer experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a meet and greet and schedule a consultation to review customer needs, wants, share expectations, and establish timelines and goals. This also is the opportunity for both myself and the client to get to know each other so that the session has as little pressure for the client as possible. I like to start the sessions by shooting more of the venue first to allow time for the clients comfort level to build throughout the shoot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended countless classes for each subtype of photography to include Lighting and Instruction courses with Bobbi Lane, Lightroom and Photoshop editing courses, as well as Business and Strategy courses. I routinely participate in Photography workshops, to include the Look 3 Festival, where I have been able to complete photo training and photo walks with several world renowned photographers. This includes photographers for Leica, Digital Silver Imaging, as well as, National Geographic among others.
