- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
its base on my schedule, if I'm free that day..then i lower my price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would ask them for lots of details and make sure we are on the same page, if not then i cannot work with them.. For example, last week i got this groom, he will sign the contract if i can make my pic with object and background far from each other..and i have to cut every pic of them out from the background to make the background far from them..that's impossible so i ask him to find another photographer because what he ask for is impossible
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every day I'm still learning, like the diff culture and every individual diff taste of pic, whats trend out there? I often go to night photo classes once in a full moon to see whats new or whats out there that i missed. I text often with groups of friends that are photo crazy like me. For example, this friend of mine got to learn this program call portrait pro, after he show me the pic..i said "this person looks like a statue..its not alive" he learn how to clear this person whole entire face..with no wrinkle, no pimple..its a perfect person like manicure. But all it counts is that he like his works.
